A Misanthrope — Sugarglass

Molière relocated to Dublin's Silicon Docks — a world of juice bars, cold brew and networking, where honesty is the one thing nobody can afford. Matt Minnicino's adaptation finds the follies of seventeenth-century high society mirrored precisely in the Instagram generation.

Conceived by Molly O'Cathain and Marc Atkinson Borrull, and staged at Smock Alley Theatre in the summer of 2025.
