We make radically contemporary Irish adaptations of the classics, built for new audiences. By stripping back canonical texts, we create space for a new generation of artists and audiences to engage with large-scale, iconic texts on their own terms.

Our critically acclaimed 2025 premiere of Three Sisters, adapted by Ciara Elizabeth Smyth, headlined Dublin Theatre Festival and played to over 8,000 people across seven performances, with an ensemble of Ireland’s most celebrated actors.

Our work has been featured in national and international press, and Sugarglass was highlighted by The Irish Times in its round-up of the best theatre of 2025.

Independently and together, our work has been seen on major Irish and international stages including the Olympia, the Gaiety, the Abbey, the Gate, Galway International Arts Festival, Dublin Theatre Festival, off-Broadway at the Irish Rep, Lincoln Center, the Old Vic and the Royal Opera House.
